Air Abrasion:

Dental Implants
In many situations, dental implants can give back patients their confident smile.  The benefits are improved esthetics, the ability to eat comfortably and a clean, healthy oral environment for the patient.

Dental Implant

Dental Implants are small prosthetic posts that are placed into the bone of the upper or lower jaw.  They act as replacements for the root portion of lost natural teeth and also serve as an anchor for replacement teeth.  Dental implants look and feel exactly like natural teeth -- in fact, no-one (other than maybe our dentists) will be able to tell the difference.  Dental implants are appropriate for almost anyone who is currently missing teeth or is at risk of losing teeth.

Implant Supported Dentures

Dental Implant Supported Dentures
Implants are also able to be used as support for dentures. The implant denture attachment comes in a variety of forms to suit many different clinical situations. Basically, it is now possible to have the stable, secure and comfortable dentures that you never before thought possible.

Invisalign (Tooth Straightening Without Braces):
Invisalign ® is the invisible way to straighten teeth without braces. Using advanced 3-D computer imaging technology to project tooth movement, Invisalign ® creates a series of clear, custom-made aligners ( repositioners ) that gradually move your teeth. You wear each aligner for about 2 weeks, moving to the next set, until the goals you agreed upon with your dentist are reached.

Digital X-Rays:
This state of the art imaging technique has been utilized in our office since 1995. A computer sensor is used instead of film thereby reducing radiation exposure to the patient by 90%. Our office was one of the first to incorporate this technology and still does Beta testing for new advancements in this field. Digital radiographs are environmentally friendly. They protect our environment by eliminating the need for developer and fixer solutions and silver nitrate film backing, all of which are hazardous to our earth.

Conscious Sedation:
Also known as sweet air, nitrous oxide eases the tension and anxiety of injections and dental procedures. The patient is awake but in a euphoric state.

Toothprints:
Assist authorities in tracking a missing child or in making a positive identification. Parents keep a record of their child's DNA along with unique tooth characteristics. Hopefully you'll never have to use it.
