Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice.  This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Emergencies

Your doctor can be reached 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Please leave a message in your doctor's voice mailbox, your doctor will be automatically notified and will return you call as soon as possible.

Financial Policy

We accept all major credit cards and we participate with most insurance companies and reduced fee plans.

We accept CitiHealth Card - a special health credit card which allows treatment to be financed over a long period of time without affecting other credit.

We offer a 15% senior discount and financing plans are available; please call for additional information.
